There are many other good things about growing older. This one simple pleasure, as you get older, more and more people become attractive, that makes life just a little more enjoyable.
As as younger man, I would barely notice a woman in her 40s and 50s. Now, I find these women very attractive, in addition to the younger women in their 20s, and 30s.
This isn’t a sexist response. Women experience the same thing, impressed by the fit and handsome young men, in addition, to men in their 60s or more who are fit, well dressed, and well groomed.
Another good thing, as you get older, time is more precious. You come to the realization that you really don’t give a damn what other people think about your or your actions, have less time and patience for bullshit.
You learn it’s pointless to waste time on trivial arguments or crap, “don’t want to play in my sandbox, get out and find your own sand”.
The greatest, perhaps, is that there is so much less to lose. You become, bolder and more assertive!
